The Brillion News Kenneth Manning Nelson is the suspect in the Town of Brillion murder.   Nelson was booked into Calumet County Jail on Wednesday, Jan. 21, at 5:33 p.m.   The booking came around seven hours after authorities were called to a residence in the W2000 block of County Trunk Highway HR. The Brillion News One man was dead and another was charged with homicide after an incident in the Town of Brillion on Wednesday. Calumet County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a medical call at a residence located at W2000 block of County Trunk Highway HR in the Town of Brillion. Calumet County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a residence in the Hilbert Acres Mobile Home Community for a report of a 25-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to the head just after 9 p.m. on Thursday night.
