The following press release was issued to The Brillion News.

On Wednesday, December 18, at 5:14 AM, Manitowoc County Deputies were dispatched to an address on USH 151 for the report of a home entry and a vehicle in the ditch, shortly thereafter a White Ford Transit Van was stolen from a nearby address on CTH S.

The operator of the Toyota Rav4 and a 19-year-old woman from Manitowoc County, were transported by ambulance for their injuries. The operator of the Ford van was not injured. She was arrested and transported to the Manitowoc County Jail on the following charges.

• Knowingly Flee an Officer
