Anthony “Tony” Schmidt, age 69, a resident of Forest Junction, was called home by the good Lord on Saturday, August 3, 2024.
For the past nearly 4 months, Tony fought hard to recover from a traumatic brain injury, but with his underlying Parkinson's, it was too much.

Brochtrup at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Askeaton. Tony started his career at Keller Structures, Kaukauna. He then worked at Parson Builders for a few years. In 1989, Tony and Sue started Schmidt Carpentry and they worked together until retirement. He built many homes for friends and family. Tony was also a volunteer fire fighter on the Forest Junction Fire Department for many years.
