Betty Lou Rosin, 98, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2025. She was born on October 19, 1926 to Albert and Hattie (Ott) Schurbring.

Growing up, Betty lived in Forest Junction. She graduated from Brillion High School in 1944. On April 13, 1946, she married the love of her life, Oscar Rosin in Forest Junction. Together, they were dairy farmers . They enjoyed 66 years of marriage until Oscar passed away on May 19, 2012.
Betty spent her life as a homemaker. She enjoyed making meals for everyone, telling stories from the past, organizing casino trips, playing Sequence and telling jokes. She was a member of Zion Church, Forest Junction.
She is survived by her children, Dave (Kathy) Rosin, Linda (Mark) Schnell and Dale (Pat) Rosin. Grandchildren; Kurt (Courtney) Rosin, Carrie (Joe) Parrish, Heather (John) Hoffman, Brian (Anne) Rosin, Heidi (Brett) Altergott, Ben ( Liz) Rosin, Nathan (Katie) Schnell, Naomi (Nick) Boehmke, Russell Schnell, Tara (Chris) Brown, Elizabeth Krahn, Lauren( Taylor) Hunsader and Rachel (Tyler) Schmidt. Great-grandchildren; Morghan, Hunter, Keegan (fiancée Kylie) , Sydney, MaKayla, Cooper, Piper, Sam, Emily, Chase, Logan, Hannah, Carter, Jake, Natalie, Claire, John, Hannah, Jackson, Olivia, Lydia and Cora. Betty is further survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar; parents, Albert and Hattie; one son Clyde and daughter-in-law Kris, two sisters and brothers-in-law Flora and Wilmer Persohn, Dorothy and Roy Wink. One brother and sister-in-law Lawrence and Freida Schubring and grandson in law Travis Krahn.
Family and friends may visit at Zion Church, N8893 Church St, Forest Junction, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2025. A funeral service will begin at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor Justin Dietel officiating. Burial will take place at Forest Home Cemetery. Nickel Funeral Home, Morrison is assisting the Rosin family. The family would like to thank all the wonderful medical professionals who took care of Mom especially Bellin Health, AMC, Rennes in Appleton, and her hospice team.
