Obituary: Brian J. Kane

Brian J. Kane, age 67, of Green Bay, passed away on Thursday evening, October 10, 2024 at Wyndemere Assisted Living in Green Bay.

Brian was born on June 11, 1957 in Green Bay, son of the late Robert and Wilma (Wolfmeyer) Kane. He was a graduate of Reedsville High School. After high school, he received an Arc Welding Certification, Certificate of Apprenticeship - Maintenance Mechanic, and Associate Degree in Applied Science for Supervisors Management. Brian worked for many years as a maintenance technician at American Orthodontics in Sheboygan. He was a former member of the Reedsville Betterment Club and was an avid Green Bay Packers Fan. Brian loved playing golf and would travel out of state with his brother to play and check out new courses.

Survivors include his four children: Jeremy Kane, Jason (Jeanette) Kane, Bridget (Joe) Phillips, Brittany (Justin) Mattson; his grandchildren: Riyan, Caynen, Neo, Naven, Dilin, Lundin, Emma, Myles, Emily, Iris Rose, Noah, Alana, Ray and Danika; and his siblings: Russ (Renee) Kane, Glenn Kane and Lisa Bubolz. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents; one granddaughter: Liah; and a brother-in-law: Randy Bubolz.

Funeral Services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 18, 2024 at the Pielhop Funeral Home in Brillion. Officiating at the service will be Deacon Randy Jaeckels.

The family will greet relatives and friends on Friday, October 18, 2024 at the funeral home from 2:30 p.m. until the time of service at 5:00 p.m.
