Obituary: David D. Seefeldt

David D. Seefeldt, age 69, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 22, 2023.

David was born on August 4, 1953 in Brillion, son of the late Herman and Eunice (Wunsch) Seefeldt. He was a graduate of Manitowoc Lutheran High School, class of 1971. He furthered his education throughout the years, graduating from Fox Valley Technical College in 1973 as a Machine Tool Operator, earning two more degrees, one in 1987 from Lakeshore Technical College for Materials Management and the other in 1992 from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College as a Quality Tech. Before David’s retirement, he was employed for 28 years at Wisconsin Gear and Machine Works. In his younger years, David enjoyed weight lifting and working out. He also loved music and use to play the organ. Later on in life, he enjoyed walks and bird watching. David really did love spending time with close friends and family.

David is survived by his long time friend, Winnie; his siblings and in-laws: Jonathan (Julie) Seefeldt, Andrew (Jillaine) Seefeldt, and Marion Seefeldt; nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother, James.

Memorial Service will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at Pielhop Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion. Rev. Ross Henzi will officiate .Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Trinity Ev. Lutheran Cemetery.
