Obituary: Nancy Ann Haese

Nancy Ann Haese, 82, passed away Thursday morning, March 20, 2025. The daughter of Andrew and Florence (Hahn) Reinke was born on November 1, 1942. On June 30, 1962, she married Carlton Haese.

Nancy spent her life as a homemaker. She loved to bake, listen to the radio and her books on tape from the Library of the Blind.

She is survived by her children, Don (Sue) Haese, Debra Dessart and Daniel (Theresa) Haese; grandchildren, Keith (Donna) Dessart, Dawn Dessart (Scott Kossman), Shirley (Michael) Haese-Whitman, Sarah (Paul) Hanneman, Sawyer Haese and Collin (Kaitlyn) Haese; and many great grandchildren. Nancy is further survived by her sister, Mary (Lambert) Gietman; brothers Dennis (Georgia) Winkler, Thomas Winkler, Randy (Ellen) Winkler, and Reeve (Nancy) Winkler Jr; brothers-in-law, Kenneth and Rodney Haese; sister-in-law Darlene Reinke; and other extended family members.

Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Carlton; parents, Andrew and Florence, step-father, Reeve Winkler Sr.; brother, Robert Reinke; sons-in-law George Dessart and Kenneth Dessart; sisters-in-law Donna Winkler, Nancy Haese and Doris Haese; nephew, Wade Winkler; and other members of her extended family.
